Asian Fonts

Hi all

Now that my default page setup problem has been solved, I have another
problem. I frequently use a Traditional Chinese keyboard layout for class,
however I would like to use an apple supplied font other than the office:mac
default is. I tried creating a new style with the desired font as the
default, but every time I start typing, the font reverts to the office
original. Is there any way to set the default font for a character set
(Asian, complex, etc) or would I need to select all and change the font that
way?
