Ask about Session Manager

Hi,

We can not log on Project server by both PWA and from Ms Project Pro
with error message: " Project Server was unable to log you on at this
time. Please try again later. (5006)"

I think the Problem is missing the Session Manager. Could we do it
manually in Regedit.

Please help me to solve this.
