ask for vcards from contacts

I want to send something to my contacts to have them fill out a vcard and
then send it back to me. I know I've received emails like that from people,
asking me to fill something out so they can update they contact list with my
information. I want to do that too; have my contacts fill out a form for a
vcard and reply to me with the information. Can anyone tell me what it is
that I can send to them to fill out and return?
