A1 > 10
A2 > 15
A3 > 7
A4 > 12
A5 > 14
..
..
A100 > 11

I want in sheet2 put in column A the numbers from
A1
A6 (+5 rows down)
A11 (+5 rows down)
A16 (+5 rows down)
..
..
..

On Sheet 2 in cell A1 enter
=Sheet1!A1
On sheet 2 in cell A2 enter
=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,(ROW()-1)*5,,,)
and copy down cloumn A as far as required

one way: Put the following in A1 on sheet 2:
=INDIREKT("'Sheet1!'A" & 1+(ROW()-1)*5)
copy down
