Asking for password over and over and over....

I've tried the fix at KB290684. I have outlook 2003. This may have started
when SBC DSL blocked Port 25 for their anti-spam program, I couldn't send but
could receive emails, later I couldn't even send.I've had port 25 unblocked,
had my email server service reset my password..now the password box keeps
popping up again and again and I can eventually hit cancel and receive
emails, but not send...tried reinstalling, tried pretty much
everything..thanks
