asking for the outlook 2k cd when entering a program with messagi.

I have recently installed outlook 2000 on several machines. When people who
are not set up to use outlook keep getting a message that it needs the cd
when they use a software call vision. This software has it own built in
messaging program built into it. Any help to fix this would be great.
