asp access driver error

I have an asp script that works on one site but when I
tried to move the site to a different server (both
servers are running server 2003) it comes up with this
error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error
Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN
for process 0xe14 Thread 0xad4 DBC 0x1437ef4 Jet'.

Try restarting the IIS Admin service on the problem server. 85 to 90% of my
IIS problems are solved by doing that.
