Anyone know of a good (free! :)) owc programming resource?

I am trying to open an existing spreadsheet in ASP and manipulate selected
cell values.

Everything i've come across refers to opening a blank spreadsheet in a web
page, or displaying a web page in Excel, not opening a specific .xls file.
