Asp.net 2.0 with OWC 11.0

Hi all,

anybody can help me, reg. the issue given below.

OWC11.0 control is not coming in asp.net 2.0 web forms, it is showing
disabled mode when adding it from 'Choose Items' screen.
i have been struggling with this for the last 3-4 days, plz help me out..
