Asp.net fails to open connection to Access

Asp.net web application on remote server fails to open any
further connections to Access database after browsing the
site for about 5 - 10 minutes. This exception also brings
down the entire site for all other users as well. Made
sure to close all connections when done and still
happens. Noticed the database file size grows from 500k
to about 2.5 mb after browsing the site for a couple of
minutes. Happens periodically and doesn't seem to be
related to any specific code area. Using Access 2000.
Any ideas?
