When I go to the page I get the error. I'm being told that its a write
permissions problem on the calendar .mdb file. When I upload the file in
fp2003 it creates a data base ? then a folder for the .mdb file - fpdb. And a
global asa file. The company i obtained this calendar is saying to check the
write permissions on that calendar.mdb file, How? and do i create a sub web
out of the cal folder ?
Help, going nuts with this error

This is something you'll have to do through some sort of administration
panel on the web server itself. When FP creates a folder, it basically asks
the web server to do certain things and adjust certain permissions.
Sometimes the web server does what it feels like because of various
permissoins settings on the root directory. You'll have to make sure that
the IUSR (also known as the anonymous internet user) has write permissions
through their site administration tools. Also, check and make sure that when
FP created the db it didn't accidentally mark it read-only on your computer
(by right-clicking on the file through Windows Explorer, selecting
properties and making sure that the read-only box isn't checked).

Hope this helps,
