ASPX Files?

When I try to insert clip art I can't actually see it in the results box, the format does not appear to be supported. Apparently they come up as ASPX files?

If anyone can help it would be appreciated

In Internet Explorer, choose Tools | Internet Options. In the Temporary
Internet Files section, click Delete Files.
