Assert detected error

I've got this message a lot in my event log. I have no
other indication that I am having a network issue. Some
times we get disconnected from the web client to the
project server but if we refresh and relog in it is okay.
Any ideas? What is the error code? Is there somewhere I
can look that up?

Sarah:

The fact that you're also getting disconnected from the web client is
another strong indicator of network problems if it's happening without a
long period of inactivity.
