Assert Detected for Virtual Root

Hi gang,

I've seen many references to this error so thought i would share what
cured mine. I found the error was raised when a user tried to view the
site of a project they had no access to - this was mostly cured by
synchronising the sharepoint sites.

ProjectServer 2003 sp1
