Assertion failed! error

I get this error every time Word starts up. This started happening after my
latest Office Update:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Assertion failed!

Program: Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WINWORD.EXE

Expression: ret

Is there a fix for this?

If you use Dorland's or Spellex medical spellcheckers, and if you
recently installed Service Pack 2 for Office 2003, then you need
to contact Dorland's or Spellex to get their updated spellchecker
that is compatible with Office 2003 SP2 (the update is free).
