Assertion failure

Need a nice looking list

I did something wrong and now cannot open database. I get Visual C++Runtime
Library Expression:S_OK == hr
Don't seem to have visual c++ documents to help me with this. Error message
suggests (press retry to debug the applicaiton - JIT must be enabled)
What is JIT? I do NOT have a back up to this database right now to go to.
Help! Anyone!
