assign a RGB color to a cell

Hi, may I assign a RGB color to a table cell?
Normaly I used this source(C#) for a standar color
....
oTable.Rows[2+i+riga].Shading.ForegroundPatternColor=Word.WdColor.wdColorLightYellow;
....
but I not able to assign a different color..
Help me
