Assign Hotkey Problem

Hi all,

I had a macro which active by alt-ctrl-D. It works fine in
all PC except my client ont.

Both of us are using same Word 97 SR-1.

Why this happen? How can I solve it?

Does the client have CTL+ALT+D assigned as a shortcut to one of his Windows
icons, or does some other app use the same combination?

What *does* happen when your client uses that combination?

No... CTL-ALT-D is free to use in windows.

Nothing happen after press the CTL-ALT-D!! The macro
doesn't execute ~

Can you assign a different combination to the same macro and have it run?
