Assign permanent color to shared calendars

I manage 3 calendars other than my own. When opening another executive's
calendar, colors are automatically assigned: the first calendar opened is
green, the second is pink, etc. This can become confusing. I want to assign a
permanent color to each calendar so that the calendar for executive #1 is
always green, etc.

You can't.

Current versions of Outlook doesn't support permanently assigning colors.
You need to enable them in a specific order to force colors.
