Assign phone software to modems

[Phone Command Buttons Assignment]

I have just purchased a AOpen FM56-PX Fax/Modem/Voice card with the intent of using it with Microsoft Access. I have installed the card in the computer and loaded the software. I can make calls by using the Fax/Talk Communicator, but when I try to use the button in access Fax/Talk goes to another phone software package assigned by the system. Who do I re-route the call to the Fax/Talk modem.
