Assign resource

In Project professional 2003 there is a new possibility; I can assign
resource to tasks using a filter.
I have 2 tasks (A1 and A2) that have to start the same day.
I assign the task A1 to resources A e B for the 100%. Next I like to assign
resources to task A2.
I filter for Every resource. I select the other flag "available for the job"
(i don't know if translation from italian is correct...)
and I put 1 hour. I think the resource that I was assigned to A1 go out, but
there are here! Strange
Any helps?
A1 and A2 are sub-task of two different mother-task.

Hi,

I think the available functionality only works when used with Project
Server. It also works on the specified date range, so check what dates you
had.
