Assign Tasks to resources during upload of the project

Hi,
MS Project is working excellent and iam very comfortable in using.Thanx
for Microsoft.
Here i have a small query, can i assign the defined tasks to all the
resources at one shot, when upload my project to the server.
If possible How...
I would be happy to receive a quick reply ......
