We have a large project here within our organization.
Issues are being assigned to external contractors who have EPM accounts -
they access EPM via a remote extranet capability.
For some reason any issues that are assigned to them ARE NOT BEING displayed
on the users HOME PAGE. They do get an email notification from EPM that the
issue has been assigned to them, but for some reason they are not displayed.
What could be causing this?
Is there anything that I should check?
Please advise...
