Assigned OfficeXP Pro SP2 Install

I having a problem installing Office XP Pro SP2 on a
certain test computer that was deployed via Windows Server
2003 RIS.

I use these same GPO's to install Office XP on other
imaged machines w/o problem, but this one is doing funky
things I've not seen before.

The RIS image has a bunch of apps pre-installed, including
ADP Payroll, Navision Financials GL, Excel 2000 (for use
with Navision Financial Analyst), Previous Versions
Client, MSN Messenger 6.x and Campagne Giftmaker Pro 8.x.

The GPO is set to install Office XP Web Components, Office
XP Pro Media Content (with MST), Office XP Pro (with MST).

The MST for Office XP Pro is set to NOT remove older
versions of Excel, but what happens is that the Media &
Web Components install but Word, Excel, Outlook & Access
are marked as Unavailable (red X) in Add/Remove Programs.

I can manually go into Add/Remove Programs & change the
install to add the office components I want, but I don't
see any errors indicating why they didn't install in the
first place.

The client is Windows XP Pro Sp1a.

I tried two different GPOs that install different Office
XP Pro components, but get the same results for each (on
this computer). This RIS Image is basically the same as
others I use, except it has these Accounting Apps
installed.

Thoughts before I create a new RIS image???

Well this appears to be a problem with my RIS Image, as
this managed Office XP Pro Installation works fine on the
same computer while using a different RIS Image.

I'll install one application at a time then try my managed
Office XP Pro Installation to see which causes the problem.
