Assigned tasks do not appear in PWA

Here's what I did:
In Project 2003:
1. Create a Test Project Plan
2. Created 4 tasks
3. Assigned Resource1 to Tasks 1,2 and 4
4. Assigned Resource2 to Task 3
5. Save and published the plan
6. Verified project is in PWA
7. Logged into PWA as Resource1
8. Home page did not indicate there were any tasks assigned to Resource1
9. My Tasks page does not indicate any tasks assigned to Resource1
10. Logged out, then logged in as Resource2 - no tasks assigned

What have I done wrong?

In step #5, did you click either Collaborate - Publish - All Information or
Collaborate - Publish - New and Changed Assignments? You perform either of
these steps to publish the assignments so that they appear on each team
member's Timesheet page in PWA. Hope this helps.

Dale,
Thanks, I hadn'd selected either of those (I'm using instructions from a
test script).

Once I selected Collaborate> Republish Assignments, then the users had their
assignments in PWA
