Assigned tasks

I couldn't find a way to follow up assigned task.
Once they are assigned, they do not appear in own's to-do list.
It would be great to have a list with "Project tasks that you have assigned".

In addition, it would be great if an email could be send to the assignee ("A
project task has been assigned to you").
