The concept of having to have separate Business Contacts might be looked at
more closely.
There is no way to assign a “Contact†to a Business account. You can only
assign “Business Contacts†to Business accounts.
It would be advantageous to have the ability two have one contacts list OR
the ability to have multiple contacts lists in the drop down at the top of
account so you can select a business contact from any contacts list be it
“Contactsâ€, “Business Contacts†, or other contact list in Outlook lists.
