Outlook 2003; Exchange: Current Version
I have a large list of patients in a Contact folder I created in a group
account on Exchange. I want to create a New Task for Contact so we can send
reminders/tasks to ourselves on regular intervals to edit and send specific
documents to third parties.
I’ve Shared the Contact folder for group access but when initial person
Assigns the New Task for Contact, it won’t allow the person to assign the
task to themselves – the orginators.
1) What is the purpose for not allowing this?
2) If the originator Assigns the Task back to the Group account, is there a
Rule we can create on the Group account to send the Task back to the
originator?
3) Is there a better way to go about this?
Thanks,
philr
