Assignment of risks and issue to people who are not team members

Hi,

We have access to Project Workspaces restricted to people in our company.
Occasionally we would like to assign issues and risks to one of our clients,
and have them receive an email with the issue/risk content. The Assigned To
field is restricted to people who have access to the Workspace.

Does anyone know a way around this?

The easiest way to handle this situation would be to assign your client to a
token task in the project, such as a milestone. Hope this helps.
