Does anyone know of a way to remove the Resource Assignment Unit percentage
or decimal value on a Gant chart?

Thanks,

Not exactly sure of the question, but in Pro, menu item Tools, then Options,
on the Schedule tab, you can Show assignment units as a: Percentage or
Decimal.

Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

If you want the full Resource Name(s) to appear to the right of the Gantt
bar, then there is no way to show the full name but not the Units value. If
your Project Server administrator has populated the Resource Initials field
for each resource, then you can use the following workaround:

1. Open an enterprise project.
2. Apply the Gantt Chart view.
3. Double-click anywhere in the white part of the Gantt Chart.
4. In the Bar Styles dialog, click the Text tab.
5. Click the pick list to the right of the Right item (it current shows
Resource Names) and select Resource Initials instead.
6. Click the OK button.

Hope this helps.
