Assignment Units in Resource Usage

Why isn't the Assignment Units field available for me to
display in the Resource Usage view (even though the MS
Project Help says that it is)? I'm using Project 2000.

Hi Chris,
The assignment units field may be added to the left side
(table side) in the Resource Usage view - not to the time
phased (yellow grid) portion of the view.
