Assignning resources to tasks automactly???

Hello,
I am doing some estimates and plannings for building sites. I have an
output from a estimate software in excel with all my tasks and
resourcers for each task. I'm looking for one way to put automacty my
datas to avoid waste of time to assign all resources in correspondents
task manually.
I believe it is possible, but I do not know the way...

Personally I would develop some VBA code to translate the data from
Excel to a Project file. VBA allows for complete and flexible control.
However, it you do not have VBA experience you can use an import map. An
import map basically assigns Excel cells to Project fields for Task
date, Resource data, and Assignment data. For more information on using
import/export maps, go to the Project help file and look under, "import
information from Microsoft Excel".
