Associate Calendar/Contacts

How can I associate my Outlook 2003 calendar appointments with BCM account
contacts? I managed to associate e-mails with each account contact, but not
calendar events. These appointments are not set up as tasks, simply calendar
events, presumably associated with my primary .pst file.

Hi,

To link a calendar event to a BCM item please do as below:
1. Double click the calendar even to open an Appointment form
2. Select any item (Contact/Accounts/Opportunities) from the drop down for
"Link to History".
3. This will enable the picker tool beside the "Name" field. Click on the
Picker tool to bring up a dialog box.
4.Select the entry you would like to link to and press >. Press OK.
5. Save and close the Appointment form
The Appointment is now linked to the BCM item selected.
