In Exchange 5.5 the multiple indentities (mailboxes) was great. In 2003 This
can be achieved but with much intervention fron the outlook user eg. Having
to select the "From" option and selecting the correct "Signature". Also there
is the fact that all sent items from both mail boxes go into the primary
mailbox.
In Outlook 2003 an option to swap Identities would be great. If I swap to
(e-mail address removed) all actions are carried out on that mailbox. Sent items
remain in that mailbox, the signature is swaped and the reply address is
swapped.
If I then swap to my primary mailbox bill@company1 the same automation as
above is carried out.
