AT Template, how this application works?

Hi! I download the AT Template Aplication for Word, cause I need to made
automatic templates with a standard format for manuals.
But after the installation I could not find a thing related to this
aplication in my computer. Do you have any ideas? When I search for info the
microsoft office web, I got a 404 page not found error.

Do you how a better aplication to create manuals with standard format?
