e-mail entrys I have registered!
Thanks...
Carlos said:I press CTRL+SHFT+C (in the portuguese version) and it opens a "adress
catalog" then i go on FILE/NEW ENTRY . Did this information help?
Carlos said:Why shouldnt I add a contact using the Adress Book? I´ve already
done that, and now I have at least 2.000 contacts added in the book.
That´s what I want to know, how do I know the exact number of my
Adress Book?
Carlos said:So, you´re telling me that I must transfer all contacts one by one ? And
what´s so bad to have the contacts where they are ?

No, what we keep telling you is that there's no need to transfer contacts at all. What you see in the address book *is* what's in your contacts folder(s).

No, because as we keep trying to tell you, the address book itself contains no data. It is a viewer for data held elsewhere, specifically in your contacts folders. If you looked there, you should see your contacts, the same ones you see in the Contacts list in the address book.
Is there a way to transfer all my contacts from the Adress Book to the
contacts folder? It´s over 2000 contacts and I cant loose them.
Thanks

The address book in Outlook contains no data. It is a view of thhose
entries in your Contacts folders that have electronic addresses. Since
Contacts are what you're viewing, it is in the Contacts folder they should
be manipulated. Using the address book interface can have unusual
side-effects.
Ok, so how do I know how much contacts are in the contacts folder?
That´s what I would like to know from the beggining!?

Aloha Carlos,
Click on the Contacts folder in Outlook and see what it says on the status
bar at the bottom left. That will tell you how many contact items there
are in the folder.
