Attach File Pop Up

I often forget to add attachments to my e-mails. If my e-mail contains the
words 'attached' or 'attachment' I'd like a reminder to add the attachment
when I hit SEND.

Microsoft already provides a method for this. Start by right clicking
the Item/file you wish to send and from the Menu select Send to, and
then Mail recipient, that way you can't forget.
