Hello,
I have developed an Access database that holds the
customer information including their email addresses which
is stored in a hyperlink field. I am able to
automatically send an Access report to a user-this happens
by way of the user clicking a button on the Access form
which then opens up the Outlook application and
automatically puts the email address in the "To:" field.
This is fine. However, I have a problem - I need to do
this for 50+ users. I was wondering if it is possible to
do a VB script to do the email attachments as a bulk copy
at the click of the command button on the Access form.
ie, When the button is clicked, a VB script could run
which could automatically send/email each user (and there
could be 50 users) its corresponding report.
Can this be done using VB or VBA?
