Attach Tables Runtime Version

Hello,

I have an Access 2003 application Front End/Back End. I
have used Access 2003 Developer Extensions to create a
deployable app.
I'm not sure how to programmaticly attach the runtime
version to the backend db.
In the full version, I check for attached tables, and if
not there, I run the Linked Table Manager for the user
(which isn't possible in the runtime version to my
knowledge.)
Any insight (or VB code) is much appreciated.

I would think that the sample code in
http://www.mvps.org/access/tables/tbl0009.htm at "The Access Web" should
work in this situation as well.
