Attach word document with email Programmatically

Hi! Its great to be amongst you. Im working with MS Access2007 with VBA code.
Im creating documents in MS Access with mail merge application. I want to
attach the same documents to be attached and send through email
programmatically. Any help in this regards will be highly regarded. Thanks.
