ATTACH WORDDOC TO CONTAC AUTOMATICALLY AFTER CREATING IN OUTLOOK

I need to be able to generate form letters for individual contacts directly
from Outlook. This is done easily by Actions/New Letter to Contact.

However when this letter is saved it is not automatically attached to the
contact (ie accesible under the general tab as an icon)

We are a law firm that does thousands of letters and it is critical that we
have a time efficient and failsafe way to know if they were created. I know
that you can attach the document afterwards - but that may or may not happen
if the secretary gets interupted.

Amicus Attorney offers this feature, but I would prefer to upgrade to
Outlook 2007, BCM and SBS. I could not find the feature in beta 2007.
