Attached jpeg files - cleaning image

I've attached jpeg files to my table. The problem is that the attached
pictures are not as clear as the original pictures. How do I clean up the
images in Access. Nothing technical - I'm an average user.

Put the jpeg files in a folder of their own. Record in your table the full
path to the jpeg files.

Add an image control to a form to view the jpeg files. The form should be
base on your table. In design view, select the image control and set the
picture property to the field where you store the paths to the jpeg files.

Use your image-processing program to process the JPEG... set the option to
an acceptable level of compression v. quality. You can get good quality, and
still save a lot of space by experimenting. But be careful, as a JPEG will
lose some quality every time it is saved, unless you choose "no
compression". Once you get the size and quality you want, save it in a
lossless format (e.g. uncompressed TIFF).
