Attached MS Word documents

I'm working with Project worksheets that have embedded MS
Word documents. I need to extract the names of these
documents from VBA. Is there a collection or method within
the object model that I can use to perform this task.

I'm having difficulty finding documentation in this area.
Any clue will be well recieved.
