Attached Photo Files

I would like to insert pictures in word documents and send them as an
email without the related pictures being attached to the letter. It
makes the file to large for many recipients to open. Is there a step to
turn off the attachment? Thanks for the help. DD

Insert the Photos into the document as LINKS: that will keep the document
size down.
