attachement file opening problem on Microsoft Outlook and on Outlook Express

Hi,

I am having a problem, my Outlook Express and Microsoft
Outlook open any file I get (Excel, Word, Power Point) in
Notepad, therefor I can not read it. Can you tell me how
to fix this. It just started one day from another. PS.
I have already updated all my Office XP updates.

Windows Explorer-Tools->Folder Options-File Types. Change the open with
command for your attachments there.
