Attachement size limit in Exchange 03 or Outlook 03?

I am trying to find out the size limit for attachments for both Exchange 2003
and Outlook 2003; in those cases where Outlook is the client but Exchange is
no the server.

If there is no set size limit, what is the typical size and what is the
upper boundaries of attachment size from the admin's perspective? When is
allowing attachements of size X too big? When do they start to eat up toomuch
disk/mailbox space?

You would need to ask either in an Outlook or Exchange newsgroup, DC. This
newsgroup supports the OneNote program, and the ones you've mentioned are in
other public newsgroups - some of which are divided according to what
version you're running. Make sure to post that information, too.
