Yes, this is VERY possible. Navigate to the Project Workspace for the
project in question and then click the Project Documents link in the Quick
Launch menu on the left. Click the Upload menu, select the Upload Document
item on the list, select the file you want to share with others the Document
Library, and then upload it. At the end of the upload process, the system
will display a page that allows you to change the Properties of the
document. On that page, click the Lin Items button at the top of the page.
In the resulting dialog, select one or more tasks to which to attach the
document and then click the OK button. Click the OK button to complete the
upload of the file. Next, open your enterprise project and publish the
latest changes. The next time a team members navigate to their My Tasks
page in PWA, if any of them are assigned to the task attached to the
document, they will see a link to the left of the task name. They can then
click on the link to navigate to the Document Library where you stored the
document. Hope this helps.
