Attaching an email to reply.

Have him select Tools, Options, E-mail Options... Then
under "On replies and forwards", he can select "Include
original message text" instead of "Attach original
message".

I found the answer to the question I just posed in earlier message.
The options you referred to are in the Microsoft Outlook & not in Outlook
Express - which I use for my emails.

Now the next question: Which has the better features - Outlook or Outlook
Express?

How would I export my settings, address book and existing emails from the
Outlook Express to Outlook?

I found the answer to my question Outlook Vs Outlook Express and importing
data.
It seems Outlook is an email, projects & contacts management system much
more than Express which is basically just an email sender & receiver.

I imported my info from Express to Outlook.
