Attaching an email unto an email

I know the short way of doing this is to select Insert-Item, but I can't seem
to find this option on my "insert" menu....How could I add it to it?

Are you using Word as your e-mail editor? If so, click the down arrow next
to the paperclip icon on the toolbar and you'll see the Item command there.
