attaching document to an email

Hi I am attaching a doucment to an email using

Options.SendMailAttach = True
ActiveDocument.sendmail

if I want to add the email address and a subject line, is this possible
please?

Depends on the version of Word involved, which you don't mention. The most
recent versions have a "mailEnvelope" property that lets you use those parts
of the Outlook object model relevant to email.
